About The Opportunity
The Paid Media Specialist role is a vital component of our team, focused on crafting and executing comprehensive Paid Media strategies across various platforms. With a salary range of $80k-$100k + Super, this position is perfect for someone passionate about product marketing in the D2C ecommerce space.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and managing paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms, with a keen eye for optimisation and ROI.
- Conducting thorough market research to understand client competitors and industry trends, crafting strategies that drive growth.
- Regularly analysing and reporting on campaign performance, using insights to optimise future strategies.
- Collaborating with our creative and design teams to ensure ads are visually appealing and on-brand.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and strategic advice.
- Staying ahead of digital marketing trends and platform updates to continually offer innovative solutions.
About You
- Proven expertise in managing Paid Media campaigns on platforms like Meta and Google Ads.
- A background in digital marketing, with agency experience considered highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to work well within a team.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the ecommerce sector.
- Knowledge of email marketing campaigns (EDM) is a plus but not required.
- Ambitious, self-starting, and driven, with a desire to contribute to a team-oriented environment.
