About the role:
In this role, you will work with one of our prestigious clients in Sydney CBD. The ideal candidate will provide pantry services while supporting the company's growth and expansion through various administrative/operational tasks.
 
In this role, you will be:
  • Purchase and manage Food & Beverage supplies, expense tracking and submission, and vendor management;
  • Coordinate Food Service
  • Management of regular administrative tasks and ongoing project work as required.
  • Responsible for the management of catering satisfaction, helping the Facilities Team to delivery meaningful value to employees and clients
  • Manage events and provide proactive support to internal clients;
  • Responding and following up to inbound customer enquiries by e-mail, telephone, chat or fax in a timely manner
  • Demonstrating efficiency and sensitivity in response to customer enquiries
  • Ensuring the accurate recording of customer information, enquiries and follow up actions
  • Promoting and encouraging a positive working environment at all times
  • Promoting and encouraging effective communication between departments
  • Oversee and implement health and safety regulations in the workplace.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
  • Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) competency card
  • Proficient in inventory management software and MS Office applications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple task simultaneously
  • Outstanding communicational and interpersonal skills
  • Immaculate and smart presentation
  • Full-Time availability
