The paralegal medico legal clerk role is based in Sydney CBD. Travel to facilitate business development, service delivery and manage operational matters may occasionally be required.
Client Services Job Description
We are seeking an ambitious full-time paralegal team member to provide high quality service outcomes to our valued clients.
Reporting directly to the on site Administration Manager, this exciting and high impact appointment will have direct responsibility for:
- Reception area
- High service delivery outcomes for all incoming calls and emails
- Retaining the user client base and the Medical Specialist Panel to meet the ongoing and evolving needs of the market
- Maintaining and building strong client relationship, enthusiastically displaying self-directed leadership in management and business development
- Ensuring an impeccable quality of product and service

Requirements for this role
- Exposure to personal injury insurance, legal, medical or case management environments and a formal relevant qualification
- Successful track record in management or leadership in an equivalent role
- Very high attention to detail
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Verified ability to analyse, develop and implement strategies with an outcome-focused approach
- Flexibility and a “hands on” approach in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment where quality and values are not compromised
- Outstanding relationship building and influencing skills at all levels
- Exposure to personal injury insurance, legal, medical or case management environments and a formal relevant qualification will be highly regarded
- Strong existing relationships within the medicolegal ecosystem
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience working within the personal injury medical or legal administrative field with an understanding of medical and medicolegal terminology
- Dedicated customer service orientation
- Experience in managing a large database
- Sound computer literacy with high proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent and finely attuned interpersonal skills
Remuneration
For the right candidate we offer a 70K+ package inclusive of superannuation, negotiable dependant upon professional experience and results within the workplace
