The Brisbane office of this global law firm is seeking an experienced Paralegal to support a Corporate Law Partner and his team.
Working with well known clients, your work day is guaranteed to be fulfilling. Duties will include:
- preparing various documents from precedents
- drafting deeds and agreements including franchise agreements, shareholder agreements, etc
- regular client contact
- file management
- drafting correspondence, etc
To be successful in this role you will need to have current Paralegal experience.
