About the role:
As the Parking Officer you are responsible for the provision of parking and general enforcement services to the Council, customers and residents ensuring members of the community comply with the relevant provisions and legislation.
Parking Patrol Officer will be required to execute the following duties:
- Investigation and enforcement of parking offences in Council free parking areas.
- Investigation and enforcement of parking offences in on-street parking areas.
- Enforcement of litter related offences from vehicles and/or persons.
- Enforcement of Local Government related offences within designated council areas
- General regulation of footpaths and other road related areas including outdoor dining, parks and reserves.
The requirement of the role is to work a 5-day week Monday to Saturday on a rotating Roster.
About You
The successful candidate should have previous applied experience in a regulatory/enforcement role with demonstrated skills and experience in excellent customer service and dealing with difficult customers.
Qualifications:
- Current C Class Driver's License
