ABOUT THE ROLE
Rare opportunity for experienced Personal Assistant to support our CEO and Board of Directors. This role is offered on a part time basis, 2 days (16 hours) per week, on a flexible basis to facilitate Board meetings and associated duties.
DUTIES
- Provide high level administrative support to the CEO
- Prepare and distribute Board papers and associated documentation, including AGM
- Attend Board meetings and AGM to take minutes
- Support the Executive and Leadership team as required
- Assist with coordination of internal and external events
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Demonstrated experience working in a senior administration role, providing support to executive managers
- Highly developed time management and organisation skills and excellent attention to detail
- Able to use initiative to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
- Highly developed Microsoft Office skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build productive professional relationships with key stakeholders
- Ability to be flexible with respect to availability, to facilitate Board meetings and other demands as required
- Evidence of full vaccination against COVID-19
This position is a Business Support Services Level 5 position under the Hunter Primary Care Agreement 2021. Hunter Primary Care offers you:
