Metalmen are manufacturers of custom made metal work in Perth, Western Australia. Our skilled team of sheet metal fabricators have over 70 years combined experience providing components to a large variety of industries in WA. Our facility contains the latest state of the art metalwork equipment. We can drive your project from pre-production prototypes through to production runs.
Qualifications & experience
- Experience managing a reception desk
- MYOB Experience necessary.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Skills and Attitude
- Professionalism and energetic
- Be an effective verbal and written communicator as well as Effective and attentive Listening
- Microsoft Office proficiency, good typing ability.
- Multi-tasking - handles pressure well.
- Exceptional attention to detail.

Tasks & responsibilities
- Book keeping (including but not limited to placing purchase order, entering sales and Payroll)
- Data entry
- Manage incoming calls and correspondence professionally.
- Monitoring and distributing emails.
- Collaborate effectively with clients, suppliers and team members across departments to optimize our operations.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Supporting management with ad-hoc duties and projects as required.
