About the role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and maintaining accurate records.
The role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Issue invoices on a monthly basis
- Follow up on payments
- If payment is not received, conduct a follow-up within a week
- Record all payments accurately in the system
- Address account inquiries promptly through both phone and email channels
