Your new company is an established Australian company with over 20 years of industry experience. They are an industry leader in the Australian market, where they pride themselves on innovation and exceptional customer service. Due to a retiring team member, a new vacancy for an Accounts Receivable Officer is available to join the team in a permanent part-time capacity at their Bayside office.

YOUR NEW ROLE
Your new role will be varied and act to support the finance team.
• End-to-end Accounts Receivable
• Ensure invoices are issued in a timely manner
• Follow-up on overdue accounts (email & phone calls)
• Conduct EOM Accounts Receivable reconciliations
• Respond to and resolve internal and external queries
• Assist with external and internal audits

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
In order to be successful, you will meet the following requirements:
• Experience in Accounts Receivable
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated attention to detail
• MYOB experience

• $60K - $72K + Super (Pro-rata) - depending on experience
