The RoleThey are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join their team and job share with the administration team due to an increase in work.
This role is around 20-25 hours per week and they have flexibility as to what hours you would work.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to emails
- Invoicing
- Maintaining the client database and updating details when required
- Liaising with clients regarding any general queries
- Lodgements of income tax returns
- Collation of tax returns
- BAS/IAS
- ASIC - title searches, registering new businesses
- Filing, scanning and archiving
- Experience working in an accounting firm
- Experience using the ATO and ASIC portals
- A positive and hard working attitude
- Be a people person and love talking to new people
- Microsoft Office Suite experience
- High attention to detail
