This Melbourne-based professional association exists to support people and organisations working in the field of evaluation. The group has over 1000 members and aims to strengthen practice in the field and provide standards, learning and networking opportunities for the industry. An exciting Part Time Administration Assistant role has become available working from the Fitzroy office and from home in a hybrid work model.
Reporting to the CEO, you will provide general administrative support and back up to the Membership & Events Executive, the CEO, committees and working groups. Tasks will include data entry, updating the membership system, scheduling meetings, minute taking and basic reporting and communications. You will also provide administrative support to help with workshops and events.
With previous experience in an office-based administrative role, you will be skilled with PCs and online meeting technology. You will be proactive and able to work unsupervised, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Prior experience in a NFP, member organisation, or working alongside First Nations and other diverse communities will be well-regarded.
