Position: Junior Lawyer
Location: Work From Home + Sydney offices
Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and pleadings
- Instruct Counsel in case preparation and court proceedings
- Provide legal support and advice to clients
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Minimum of 1-2 years PAE in commercial litigation and dispute resolution
- Strong knowledge of court practice and procedures
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Exceptional organisational and negotiation skills
- The ability to work independently and autonomously with a strong work ethic
- High level of attention to detail
