Part time Operations and Office Manager

The opportunity
Abba Group have a vacancy for a part time Operations and Office Manager to join our team. The Part time position is available now and you will be required to attend our Surry Hills office for a 5 hour shift (9.30am – 3pm). Some flexibility to adjust hours if needed.
About you
- Proven administration experience including filing, answering the phone and directing client enquiries
- Proven business / commercial experience
- Passion for administration, sales, marketing and building relationships
- Self-motivated, confident with a burning desire to succeed
- The ability to take on new challenges with vigour and enthusiasm
- Able to work autonomously, as well as part of a dynamic team
- Proven problem-solving ability, and excellent negotiation skills
- Understanding of full suite of office programs
- Confident on the phone and ability to interact with our team and clients
- Ability to draft and compile correspondence utilising excellent grammar
- Attention to detail with the ability to maintain our database.
- Ability to assist in new broker on-boarding, management & integration
- Streamlining processes, procedures and systems
- Understanding basic invoicing and basic graphic design a bonus but not essential, etc
- Previous experience with financial management or bookkeeping a bonus but not essential
- The ability to understand broad strategy, run and execute it all the way down to the finer details
