Receptionist / Administrative Assistant required for busy healthcare business based in Clare.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a positive, proactive and dedicated Receptionist/Administration assistant that aligns with our business values of genuinly caring for our team, clients and community; creating amazing experiences for our clients; striving to be our best for our clients and team; and loving what we do!
Experience in healthcare is an advantage, however training will be provided. The position is Part Time for 22 hours per week ideally Wednesday to Friday. Flexible family/work arrangements may be negotiated for the right applicant.
Tasks will include:
- Reception duties of face to face contact and incoming call management.
- Contacting clients to make bookings, and organisation/optimisation of the diary.
- Coordination and liaison with clinical staff, managers and clients to enable clients to receive the best possible experience
- Account settlements and billing for services, taking payments from clients
- Data entry, preparation of client agreements, preparation of reports from software data
- Stock control and ordering
- Maintaining a clean and professional work environment
- Assisting with a variety of other general administrative tasks as required.
The successful applicant will:
