The role.
As we expand into the Wollongong Area we are seeking an experienced Residential Building Manager to join our team on a Part Time basis 20 hours per week over 5 days There is a view that this role will become full time in the Wollongong Area as we bring on new contracts in the surrounding suburbs
This exciting role will oversee the Residential Buildings financial and operational aspects while also emphasising maintaining relationships with all parties involved.

Responsibilities include:
- Manage the delivery of the service contract
- Active management of subcontractors through effective leadership and communication
- Ensuring WHSE policies and procedures are met and maintained by all stakeholders
- Carrying out building inspections reporting on common area and asset operations
- Reporting to key stakeholders
Skills Required:
- A background in Property Management, Facilities Management or trade services.
- Minimum 1 year of Residential Building Management Experience
- Strong administration skills
- Customer Service focus
- Clear communication skills both written and verbal
- An Understanding of WHS systems and processes would be an advantage
