Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday (2pm to 10pm)
Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday (6am to 2pm)
Are you looking for an opportunity to step into a leadership role?
Focused on Care is looking for people to become one of our Shift Leaders in our Supported Independent Living house in Warwick. Our Shift Leaders will manage the team supporting a number of clients during each shift.
This role would be perfect for an experienced Disability Support Worker with some experience with leadership or a leader in another industry looking to move into the very rewarding community sector.

- You have or can obtain the following:
- Blue Card and NDIS Screening/ Yellow Card
- First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Driver’s License
- Reliable vehicle with comprehensive car insurance
Requirements of the role:
- An experienced Disability Support Worker (ideal)
- Good sense of leadership experience

- Level 3.1 SCHADS Part-time Permanent Rate - $36.00/ hour excluding superannuation
