Permenant Part time position-3-4 days/week
The Sydney Respiratory Specialist clinic is dedicated to delivering top-notch botique medical evaluation and care within a welcoming setting. We are currently in search of an adept Medical Receptionist/Secretary to join our team, contributing to a high standard of professionalism, excellent customer service, and effective administrative support.
The patient booking and billing system used Cloud to Cloud.
We have three Respiratory specialists, two Respiratory Scientists, a sleep therapist and a Cardio-pulmonary physiotherapist working from our clinic.
The Duties and Responsibilities are:
- Providing an outstanding level of customer service in person and over the phone to patients and all health professionals.
- Efficiently and accurately managing patient appointments, procedure bookings, inputting patient data and filing of correspondence using Clinic to Cloud software
- Formatting and sending of patient letters via argus, health link, and e fax.
- Coordinate of patient invoicing and receipting of consultations
- Completion of end of day reconciliations
- Liaising with other health care professionals and hospital staff
- Patient billing, including private fees and Medicare
- Performing other administration tasks as directed
Essential Criteria:
- Recent and relevant experience in a medical admin/reception role;
- High level computer literacy, including Office 365;
- High level of interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to successfully multi-task and provide efficient timely administrative support in a fast-paced busy environment;
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a clinic team environment;
- Experience using Clinic to Cloud software (Preferable)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Diligent and a proactive attitude
Support: You will be supported by an operational manager, a full time lead receptionist and another casual secretary .
Start Date: Immediate.
Salary: 70,000- 80,000 AUD/year +superannuation
