As a Technical Assistant you will be responsible for providing administrative and technical support to the certifiers.

Responsibilities:
- Accurate data entry into Certis.next database (Training will be provided), including fee proposal setup, project registration, preparation of approvals/certificates, inspections and CRM in conjunction with file/document management on Network drives in accordance with QA process. Archive and retrieval of documents at periodical intervals.
- Accurately prepare and manage approvals, certificates and other regulatory documents as requested by Directors, Principal and senior certifiers and compile for submission to Government.
- Assistance and production of database reporting at request of the Principal.
- Proactive support to Senior Certifiers as required.
- Professional and effective communication with Clients and follow up outstanding requests for information.
- Other adhoc duties as directed, to help the company provide outstanding service to its customers.
Requirements:
- Proven administrative or assistant experience.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work.
- High level attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
- High level proficiency and data entry accuracy in MS Office applications.
