The Role As a member of the SXSW Sydney Commercial Partnerships Team, the Partnerships Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the SXSW Sydney Commercial Partnerships Team throughout the sales & account delivery process.

Responsibilities
- Provide high level organisational and administrative support, including minute keeping, agenda & output management, and the organisation of team WIPs & interdepartmental meetings
- Working alongside various team members, lead the creation of sales, activation and campaign delivery presentations / decks
- Responsible for updating and maintaining a number of key databases: contact & leads board, sponsor deliverables board, critical path
- Strategic selling; working closely with the Commercial Partnerships Team to research potential leads and negotiate sales terms to secure new partners
- Support Partner account management across a variety of workstreams; Partner benefit delivery, hospitality & networking events, ticketing administration, post-campaign reporting
- Work closely with the Commercial Partnerships Team to facilitate the partner contracting process
- Administration support to ensure the finance and invoicing process is seamlessly executed
- Other ad hoc duties as required
