Marketing & Bid Coordinator – the role
• Prepare and manage high quality RFT/EOI bid submissions; collating information, writing/creating content, obtaining/creating graphics and coordinating templates and collateral.
• Effective coordination of multiple internal and external stakeholder and subconsultant inputs and deadlines.
• Prepare consistent on-brand marketing materials and graphic assets as required, capability statements, fee proposals, bid presentations etc
• Maintain content library, formatting/updating content, CVs and project data sheets, capability statements, and other company collateral.
• Maintain digital asset library e.g. Open Asset, including cataloguing/tagging of image files as required.
• Maintain and utilise client management database/CRM
• Assist in the production of high-quality graphic materials for external and internal use
• Event Coordination (conference attendance, B2Bs, some internal events, BD calendars)
• Assist with maintenance of pipeline and forecasting tools, win/loss registers, and administration of submission folders, startup meetings and documentation.
About you
To be considered for this opportunity you will have the following skills/experience:
• Previous exposure to architecture, design, property industries preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Marketing & Bid Coordinator role
• Intermediate - advanced Software skills including Adobe InDesign, Acrobat, Microsoft Office, Powerpoint, Word, Excel
• Optional Software skills: Open Asset, Hubspot, Synergy, Photoshop
• Strong time management and organisational skills, and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent written, verbal, and graphic communication skills.
• Copywriting skills, attention to detail and the ability to produce written content for submissions and marketing collateral.
