Summary:
- Our client, a leading global investment management firm is seeking a Marketing Coordinator supporting the Sales and Marketing department.
- This role offers the opportunity to contribute to event logistics and marketing activities while collaborating closely with various teams to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the VP/MD Head of Marketing and the broader sales and marketing team.
- Assist with various administrative tasks such as conference/sponsorship support, managing promotional merchandise, and coordinating corporate branded stationery.
- Manage external event participation by collecting event information, preparing briefs, and liaising with internal stakeholders to meet deadlines and budget requirements.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to execute email campaigns, maintain distribution lists using Salesforce, and update Insights articles regularly.
- Oversee the monthly production and distribution of fund materials, including fact sheets, and facilitate the localisation of monthly fund commentary.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, handle expense submissions for the Head of Marketing, and provide secondary support to senior members.
- Assist the client service team in maintaining client details within the Salesforce database.
- Manage meeting logistics, including scheduling, room bookings, and audio-visual setups. Support the creation and review of PowerPoint presentations for client meetings in coordination with compliance teams.
- Coordinate external client and internal staff events, including invitation management, venue selection, and overseeing event execution.
Successful Candidates Will Have:
- 2+ years of experience marketing in a financial services organisation.
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
- Motivated self-starter with a keen interest in supporting sales and marketing initiatives.
- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking, communication, and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint, and familiarity with Salesforce.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and willingness to take on responsibilities.
- Strong work ethic and ability to proactively manage tasks and deadlines.
