Our Customer division is essential for engaging with our audience to deliver service line stories. This includes content creation, campaign strategy, market research and insights, digital projects, creative designs, social media presence, and supporting sales through lead generation and customer service.
About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager Business Development the Partnerships Manager is responsible for ensuring strong connections with one or more of the Y's partner Schools and are key contributors to ensuring the Y successfully renews or wins the majority of service agreements we make proposals for. Using the Partnership Framework you will to ensure the portfolio is well managed, contact is routinely maintained, and emerging issues are identified early and addressed.
- Coordinate a portfolio of engagement activities to enable the Partnerships Team to grow existing partnerships, secure new partnerships, and enhance our position in the market
- Prospecting and qualifying new school services for each Service Line in line with each Service Line's agreed growth plans
- Maintain accurate records of school partnerships activity, including leads and important information in relation to the school captured through the CRM
- Capitalise on Partner feedback to identify opportunities for collaborations and enhanced product offerings
- Work with Business Development team to explore opportunities and Marketing advertising, public relations teams to develop campaigns that promote service offerings
This is a permanent full time role. Hybrid working model, working from home and from the Box Hill Office one to two days a week. The remuneration for this role is $125,850 (inclusive of super).
About You
You will possess excellent customer insight with the ability to interpret customer pain points, ensuring quick escalation and resolution. Prior experience in commercial partnership management with very strong relationship management and negotiation skills is essential partnered with excellent time management. Other key requirements include:
- Proven background in either B2B and/or B2G service delivery environments
- Familiarity and exposure in one or more of the sports and recreation, childcare, camping or social services industries
- Experience as part of bid & tender processes for Local Government Authorities and /or State Government service provision would be beneficial
- Graduate degree is desirable
