Your New Company
You will be working for a large Healthcare organisation based in the Northern suburbs. They are looking for a Payroll Manager to assist the department with the operational management and to work with the current Payroll team. You will be working on a contract / FTC basis for around 12 months.
Your New Role
You will be reporting directly into the Director of Payroll and completing the below duties:
- Manage a large Payroll team - 10 staff
- End to End Payroll Management- 5000 employees
- SAP and Successfactors - Systems
- Public Health Service Award
- Assist with system changes and amendments
- Process Improvement
- Assist current Payroll staff with internal development
- EBA and Award Review
- Payroll Compliance and governance
- Upskill Payroll team
- Develop short term and Long term strategies
- Payroll reporting
- Adhoc Duties from the management team
What you need to succeed
You will need previous Payroll Management experience, preferably within the public health sector. SAP is also preferred for this role. Be able to manage large teams and work closely with the other senior leaders.
