Position Summary:
As the Parts Interpreter, you're instrumental in our commitment to top-tier customer service. Operating from our dynamic call center, you ensure seamless delivery of the right parts exactly when our customers need them.
With your expertise, you provide exceptional service, swiftly process orders through our ERP system, and keep customers informed with timely updates on order status. Your precision and coordination internally ensure smooth operations and satisfied customers.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Parts Interpreting experience preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.
- AWP Equipment Experience Highly Preferred but not necessary, as training is provided.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, pays attention to detail.
- Be highly driven, motivated, and willing to go the extra mile for our customers.
- Able to work under pressure, results-orientated and able to meet deadlines.
- Able to work closely within a small team.
- Basic computer skills (e.g. Outlook).
Responsibilities:
- Provide specialist, timely advice and aid to our internal and external customers.
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email & face-to-face.
- Interpret & Identify parts using parts manuals and access through computer applications.
- Maintain Service Level delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Timely follow up of Parts Orders in transit, liasing with transport companies to track orders.
- Daily communication to our customers to inform of any updates on dispatch of goods.
- Competently work with our computer applications to enter Sales Orders and have parts dispatched in a timely manner.
- Upsell parts and accessories to our customers by providing a one stop shop service.
- Part of the role will be helping out in the Warehouse from time to time (picking & packing parts).
