The Opportunity

This newly created role is responsible for ensuring the data integrity of our PeopleHub (SuccessFactors) data.  With a first priority on establishing new processes for position management, this role will over time also conduct data integrity checks and action accordingly.

The Accountabilities

  • Liaise with people leaders for the establishment of new positions in PeopleHub
  • Conduct regular position management audits
  • Conduct data cleanse of all positions and proactively delete un-used positions
  • Update all collateral on systems (SharePoint, the intranet) to update re new process for position management. 
  • Comfortable and confident to challenge when something is not right

The Ingredients for Success

Just like you can’t make a Tim Tam without chocolate, there are a few essential ingredients we need for this role:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to connect the dots of data changes
  • Strong potential and interest in growing their P&C career
  • Resilience and tenacity
  • Customer orientation
  • 1-2 years data management experience a must, not necessarily in P&C data. SuccessFactors experience is an advantage
