KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist clients with their technical queries and provide solutions
- Assist the external Sales Team with their quotations and requirements
- Maintain regular contact with existing customers and build strong relationships
- Be a main point of contact for incoming sales inquiries and advice relating to OEM parts
- Provide a timely response to a range of quotation and sales order requests
- Previous internal sales, customer service, and parts interpreting experience
- Sound mechanical aptitude within the automotive sector
- Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills
- Integrity, honesty, and a passion for service
- Ability to manage a team of staff across multiple locations
- Motivation and positive disposition
- Possess a high level of attention to detail and enjoy working in a team-based environment
