Parts Interpreter - Team Leader

We are currently seeking a Parts InterpreterTeam Leader to become a part of a growing team specialising in supplying automotive parts. With an exceptional product range, this organisation specialises in supplying 4WD parts across Australia and is now seeking a Team Leader who is passionate about everything automotive to help lead the WA team. The successful candidate will thrive on building effective relationships and be able to provide technical expertise to both the internal team and long-standing customers.

Although previous management experience would be advantageous, this is also an excellent opportunity for someone seeking to take the next step in their parts interpreting career. This newly created role has become available due to the continued growth and expansion within the organisation. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work and have a passion for sales and customer service, as well as possessing strong leadership qualities.
  
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist clients with their technical queries and provide solutions
• Assist the external Sales Team with their quotations and requirements
• Maintain regular contact with existing customers and build strong relationships
• Be a main point of contact for incoming sales inquiries and advice relating to OEM parts
• Provide a timely response to a range of quotation and sales order requests  

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous internal sales, customer service, and parts interpreting experience
• Sound mechanical aptitude within the automotive sector
• Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills
• Integrity, honesty, and a passion for service
• Ability to manage a team of staff across multiple locations
• Motivation and positive disposition
• Possess a high level of attention to detail and enjoy working in a team-based environment
