We are seeking a Parts Interpreter/Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly team in our well-equipped workshop.
The position is full time with all uniforms and laundry supplied.
Above award rates are offered ($38 - $45 per hour) based on experience and qualifications for the successful applicant.
Job Details:
- Meet and greet customers, process their vehicles for the repair/service journey and assist with customer mobility needs.
- Answer internal and external customer enquiries - email, face to face and phone.
- Proactively reviewing, monitoring and communicating to customers ensuing an exceptional experience.
- Communicating with our mechanics and then ordering parts from our reliable and cost efficient suppliers.
- Communicating with suppliers to make sure parts are delivered in a timely manner.

- Have relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong customer service and sales skills.
- Strong technology skills.
- Problem solving skills & attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and be part of our team.
- Be able to manage your time and prioritize jobs.
