We are a privately owned company & have built a national reputation for service quality in our purpose-built workshops, with our onsite service vans and our Authorised Parts & Service Agents throughout the country, as well as timely parts delivery anywhere across the Nation.
AWD is the national authorised repairer for top OEM brands such as Dieci Telehandlers, Genie & JLG Lift Equipment.
The company is based in Prestons NSW and operates out of a brand-new state of the art workshop, which is conveniently located minutes from the M7/M5 motorways.
About the Role:
As the parts interpreter you will be responsible for providing positive customer experiences to both Internal & external customers. You will be processing sales orders daily and assisting customers with their parts enquiries relating to our core brands of Dieci, Genie & JLG
You will also be Working to support our internal & external customers along with our dealer network with timely and accurate information whilst providing a positive customer experience.
You will always promote a safe and professional work environment, whilst meeting targets and KPI.
About you
- Positive can-do attitude and strong worth ethics towards teamwork, safety and customer satisfaction.
- Valid (current) Drivers Licence
- Excellent Sales and Inventory control skills
- Ability to service and assist in the growth of our retail, trade and dealer business.
- Excellent telephone and verbal communications skills
- Demonstrated competency in the interpretation of hard copy and software-based parts cataloguing systems.
- Computer skills must include Email, Word and Excel (Insphire would be highly regarded)
- Experience with online transport booking, freight management systems & international freight handling.
- Previous experience with EWPs, Telescopic Handlers, Materials Handling & Earthmoving Equipment will be highly regarded, however full product training will be provided.
