Your new role

Responsibilities

As a Parts Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the parts department, including inventory management, procurement, sales, and customer service. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dealership's parts department, contributing to our overall success and customer satisfaction. In addition to:

• Supervise parts department staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and expenses.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in automotive parts management or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories, including familiarity with various makes and models.
• Proven track record of effectively managing inventory and sales processes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
