Your new role
As a Parts Manager, your core responsibilities will be to ensure profitable growth and continued development of their spare parts division. You'll oversee a team of experienced Parts Interpreters, with the opportunity to develop, upskill and coach alongside your day-to-day duties. You'll also be responsibile for inventory management, sales & customer service, alongside sourcing and purchasing of parts.
What you'll need to succeed
- > 3–5 years experience as a Parts Manager or similar role
- > Knowledge/prior experience of the heavy automotive industry
- Strong interpersonal and people management skills
- Able to develop and implement sales strategies and ensure profitability
- Demonstrated experience of building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Prior experience within a people management role
- Self-Motivated
