The RoleWe have an excellent opportunity for a highly-motivated, proactive Parts Managerto join our team which includes Kia, Subaru, Holden and Nissan.
- Extensive experience in an automotive parts environment
- Overseeing the parts operation in its entirety
- Managing day-to-day operations, ensuring workshop parts and inventory control are in line with manufacturers best practices
- Ability to lead and stimulate team members ensuring customer-service is prioritised with a sense of urgency
- Ensure team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and gross profits are consistently met and exceeded
- Knowledgeable in automotive parts procurement, supply & inventory control and industry KPI's/gross profits
- Exposure in process management and continuous improvement initiatives
- Quality orientated with high attention to detail and focused on getting the job done right the first time
- A strong leader, motivating self and others to exceed results
- Ability to work well under pressure, problem-solve, meet deadlines and analytical skills
- Organised, confident, and a clear communicator
- Passionate in training, developing and coaching teams
- Commitment to best practice OHS
- Experience with ERA Power (ERA Net) will be highly regarded.
