Key Responsibilities:Create various pastry and cake items by applying your expertise in the trade and plant bakery operations.Establish and oversee production processes to enhance quality and reduce wastage.Meet production goals while consistently upholding standards for safety and quality.Lead efforts in continuous enhancement and team efficiency.Requirements:Trade qualificates are desired but not essential.
