Does it sound like you?Boyer Jones Group is looking for an experienced full time Pastry Chef to workat Reverie Prahran. The successful applicant will be willing to work hard inone of Melbourne's busiest Patisserie.In this role you will be:Preparing cakes dishes with colleagues, café style with French and Melbournefeel.Manage other team members alongside Executive Chef/Director
Stockcontrol and ordering of stock in collaboration with Executive ChefFollow the guidance of the executive and/or sous chef and have an input increating new cakes.
Optimize productionwith attention to details and quality environmentAdhering to strict health and hygiene standardsHelping to maintain a climate of smooth and friendly cooperationSkills required:Relevant Diploma and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
Similar experience is a must. Ability to do pastry production experience a necessity. Good hours, great working environment.
