Dolce Mio prides itself on creating delicious homemade cakes, pastries and savory dishes as well as custom designed cakes for all occasions. Ideally, we are looking for people wanting to expand their knowledge as a Pastry Chef.
Qualifications & experience
- The candidate will need to be a qualified Pastry Chef with at least 1 year in baking industry.
- Has experience in making cakes and decorating
Tasks & responsibilities
- Making and decorating cakes to fulfil customers specifications.
- Creating the standard range of products for the shop.
- General cleaning and maintaining a tidy, organised work environment.
- Early start from 5am with our pastry team.
- Attention to detail, a desire to learn, and effective time management skills are very important for this role.
- Your standard working week will be Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.
- The position is a full-time salaried one. Part-time or casual applicants with Friday and Saturday available will be considered as well.
