Boyer Jones Group is looking for an experienced full time Pastry Chef to work at Reverie Prahran. The successful applicant will be willing to work hard in one of Melbourne's busiest Patisserie.
In this role you will be:
Preparing cakes dishes with colleagues, café style with French and Melbourne feel.
Manage other team members alongside Executive Chef/Director
Stock control and ordering of stock in collaboration with Executive Chef
Follow the guidance of the executive and/or sous chef and have an input in creating new cakes.
Optimize production with attention to details and quality environment
Adhering to strict health and hygiene standards
Helping to maintain a climate of smooth and friendly cooperation
Skills required:
Relevant Diploma and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
Similar experience is a must.
Ability to do pastry production experience a necessity.
