Pastry Cook

Mohamad EI-Wazze owns and operates El-wazze Creamery located in Punchbowl, New South Wales. The Creamery specialises in the authentic Lebanese, Ashta, Sweets and Pancakes and has done so for over twenty-three years. We are proud to be known across New South Wales as one of few who produce specialised Arabic sweets and cream. El-Wazze Creamery is looking to expand and we want you to be a part of our team.
Duties:
- The Candidate will be required to produce Lebanese Sweets and cream as offered by the shop.
- The candidate may be responsible for recruiting, hiring, and training assistants of Junior Chefs
- The candidate will be responsible for cleaning and maintain a hygienic work environment.

Main Tasks:
- The Candidate will be responsible for checking, stocking, and ordering ingredients.
- The Candidate will be required to weigh and measure ingredients.
- The Candidate will be responsible for decorating pastries and other desserts using a variety of difference sauces, toppings, and other items.
Salary: $75,000 to $85,000 per annum plus 11% superannuation.
Qualification: Completed the relevant apprenticeship and have a vocational qualification.
Experience: the Candidate is required to have at least three (3) years of working experience as a Pastry Cook specialising in Lebanese Sweets and Cream.
