What You Will Be Doing
You will be welcoming visitors and outpatients to our Hospital with exemplary customer service skills. You will be answering all incoming calls on our busy switchboard along with making Radiology bookings and registering outpatient appointments. You will be working alongside and supporting the administration team at Rosebud Hospital.
You will be expected to have advanced Medical reception experience including Radiology bookings. Switchboard and customer skills of a high standard and attention to detail at all times. Must be able to work weekends both in a team environment and independently
What You Need
We anticipate you will have:
Medical Terminolgy
IPM/First Net
Medical Imaging/Karisma ideal
Switchboard/ Cashier/Invoicing and receipting experience.

(SINGLE INTEREST EMPLOYERS) ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT 2021-2025 for salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.
