About the roleCropline Group is actively seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, vibrant and dynamic professional to step into the role of Payroll | Administration Officer.
This is a hybrid role with responsibilities in both payroll and administration. It will showcase your versatility, proficiency and creativity.
The scope of responsibilities includes:
- Processing weekly and ad hoc pays for approximately 250 team members across 3 payroll systems.
- Developing and maintaining the digital content of the company's social media pages.
- Assisting the accounts and administration team, offering coverage during leave periods.
This role promises a broad and exciting canvas for you to make a meaningful impact.
Job tasks and responsibilities- Processing of weekly pays
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, awards, and legislation.
- Attending to payroll queries, system ideocracies and discrepancies in a prompt and efficient manner.
- Collaborating with HR & Operations to ensure smooth and streamlined processing of payroll activities.
- Developing the company’s presence and brand on social media pages and maintaining the digital content.
- Assisting with system and process improvement activities associated with the development and growth of the business.
- Previous experience in a similar capacity.
- Certificate in Accounting, Finance or related field (an advantage).
- Proficient knowledge of payroll systems, processes & implementation (MYOB, Employment Hero and Xero an advantage).
- Strong knowledge of payroll compliance relating to taxation, superannuation, and employee benefits.
- Excellent attention and accuracy.
- Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
