About the Company
Metro has been operating for over 22 years. Since its formation, Metro has provided temp, perm and contract recruitment together with outsourced HR and Bookkeeping Services to clients in a variety of industries including the Hospitality and Leisure industry.
About You
- Are you a payroll professional looking for a Part-time opportunity?
- Do you enjoy providing exceptional customer service?
- At least 12 months’ prior payroll experience?
- Do you love problem solving?
- Are you a team player?
- Are you someone with good communication and interpersonal skills?
- Do you have experience with Wage Easy, Employment Hero or similar payroll software?
- Do you have a proactive attitude with the ability to multi-task?
- Are you familiar with the Hospitality Industry?
What You Will Need to Succeed
- You will have at least 12 months’ previous experience in Payroll dealing with multiple clients.
- Payroll software experience preferably with exposure to Wage Easy and Employment Hero (Key pay).
- A natural problem solver, a can-do attitude with exceptional phone manner.
- Attention to detail and accuracy is a must! You will be involved in processing payroll for the external stakeholders.
In this role you will complete weekly pay runs and provide reports in a timely manner. You will be available to work at our Newington office from 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
This is a casual role with the opportunity to go permanent for the right candidate.
