Oversee the payroll processes as a Payroll Manager within a dynamic and fast-growing ASX-listed business.
THE ROLEThe Payroll Manager is primarily responsible for efficient and accurate delivery of the monthly payroll and all associated processes, including integration with finance cost management. The role is also responsible for supporting headcount management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of outsourced national payroll function for 670 employees, including sign off of monthly payroll prior to transmission and review, ensure payroll is processed in a timely and accurate manner (on a fortnightly basis)
- Management of additional off-cycle pay runs as required
- Supporting with headcount management requirements including partnering with budgeting finance team to ensure effective position management.
- Interpret awards, be responsible for manual calculations, and analysing inquiries on a frequent basis.
