Pollination is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to join our Finance team. This role involves managing global payroll operations, simplifying and streamlining the payroll function, ensuring statutory compliance across various jurisdictions, and providing critical support to the finance team as the business scales. The ideal candidate will also be adept at payroll problem-solving and able to flex into financial accounting to support the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage global payroll operations, including in-house diligence and external execution with vendors.
• Drive statutory payroll compliance across all jurisdictions to meet legal and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement solutions to enhance the payroll process and address emerging challenges, including those related to new locations and Employer of Record (EOR) situations.
• Serve as the primary contact for payroll-related matters and queries. 
• Lead the end-to-end payroll process for our fast-growing global team.
• Manage the preparation, lodgement, and payment of state and federal taxes, working with our external advisers where necessary to facilitate timely completion. 
• Oversee monthly payroll journals and prepare month end reconciliations for payroll related balances. 
• Flex into financial accounting tasks to assist the team as needed.
• Support with day to day finance operations and key projects.
