Position Highlights:
As a Payroll Officer with us, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our team. You'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a specific portfolio, ensuring seamless end-to-end payroll processing across a dynamic division.
What You'll Do:
Handle payroll queries with promptness and precision, meeting our KPI standards.
Navigate the entire employee lifecycle process, from onboarding to offboarding, leaving no detail untouched.
Processing new hire setup, managing ongoing updates, handling leave requests, and even estimating terminations and redundancies in compliance with our KPIs.
Drive the main payruns and tackle any adhoc tasks that come your way, including salaries, bonuses, and various operational processes specific to the Australian division.
Master the art of time management as you allocate and manage daily tasks within the set timeframes.
Keep things running smoothly by staying on top of the payroll inbox and workflow, using tools like Service Now.

What You'll Bring:

A background in managing payroll for both blue and white-collar employees with diverse awards and agreements.
Familiarity with comprehensive payroll processing systems, such as CHRIS21/iCHRIS, SAP ECP, Preceda, ADP, or similar. Don't worry if you haven't used CHRIS21 before – we're happy to provide training.
