People in Payroll are excited to be partnering with a well known organisation based in Melbourne’s North who are looking for a number of experienced Chris21 Payroll specialists for number of contract roles for 3 - 6 months.
These are newly created roles to join a bust team as the organisation goes through a time of change.
Key Duties:
- End to end processing of pay run.
- Maintain employee data and profiles to a high standard.
- Address payroll-related queries and discrepancies from employees.
- Assist in preparing and distributing payslips.
- Collaborate with the HR department to update employee information, including new hires and terminations.
- Maintain confidently and privacy due to the sensitive nature within the role.
Ideal Experience:
- Proven end to end payroll experience within large teams/processing environments is highly desirable.
- Experience within large ERP Systems will be highly advantageous - CHRIS21 is a must.
- High attention to detail and a broad understanding of complicated EBA’s and awards.
- Ability to meet deadlines and communicate effectively in a team.
Salary range is $35 - $50 per hour depending on experience.
