Working as part of the NRW Payroll team, this position providesfull-service customer focused payroll support for their assignedbusiness unit. This has the benefit of building a strongworking relationship with the business, along with the benefit ofbeing part of a Payroll team that provides support when needed. TheNRW Payroll team supports 5 business units across WA – one ofwhich is Primero. This full time permanent position will report tothe Payroll Manager.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing payroll accurately and on time
- Maintaining payroll records and ensuring compliance
- Responding to employee enquiries regarding payroll
- Assisting in the preparation of scheduled and ad hoc reports related to payroll
The successful candidate will have thefollowing:
- Experience in end-to-end payroll within a large organisation
- Exposure to reconciling payroll ledgers, setting up of new employees and processing terminations
- Exposure to a large payroll system
- Strong customer focus and interpersonal / communication skills
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to problem solving
- Ability to meet deadlines
