About the role:
We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join the team as a Payroll Officer. This role is best suited to someone that has worked in a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide frontline customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy.
- Utilize payroll and accounting systems such as CHRIS21 (experience is preferred but not essential).
- Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in frontline customer service, contact centre, or payroll.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Good data entry skills with proven reliability.
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Additional Requirements:
- National Police Clearance check (must be valid).
