Our Payroll Officers are responsible for preparing and processing fortnightly payruns using Tempus Time and Attendance and HR3. With exceptional attention to detail, underpinned by a caring, compassionate nature, you will be directly involved in pay runs for all Monash IVF Group entities. Reporting to the Payroll Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and processing payroll using Tempus Time and Attendance and HR3
- Fortnightly pay runs for all Monash IVF Group entities
- Ensuring the operational aspects of payroll processing and associated activities, including salary disbursement, leave management and reporting are accurate and delivered within appropriate timeframes and comply with relevant legislation
- Preparing payroll for data input and assist with quality control and maintenance of accurate records.
- Interpreting and implementing various Enterprise Agreements and Award conditions
- Resolving employee enquiries in a timely manner
- Providing assistance with payroll activities and related projects as required.
Our Payroll Officer will ensure operational aspects of payroll processing are accurate and delivered within an appropriate time frames and comply with relevant legislation. Ideally you will bring the following:
- Demonstrated experience using payroll systems,
- Demonstrated experience using time & attendance systems
- Demonstrated experience in interpretation of multiple EAs
- Exposure or experience in interpreting payroll legislation, guidelines and or policies
- Demonstrated experience in an environment that requires high volume data entry
- Highly organised manner with excellent time management, attention to detail
- High level of initiative
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to be dynamic, flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A strong interest and passion in a growth industry.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- A willingness to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and across other departments
