In this role you will be expected to process and respond complex and manual pay anomalies accurately and promptly.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for payroll processing. Including, but not limited to;
Manage monthly and quarterly payroll reporting requirements (superannuation, general ledger posting, payroll reconciliations)
Maintain compliance with payroll related statutory and legislative requirements
Maintain the integrity of the payroll system including records management
Manage workers compensation claims with insurer
Assist and support the Payroll Team as required
Take initiative to investigate payroll enquiries
Ad hoc filing or administrative duties as requested
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following skills & attributes:
Experience using MicrOpay is highly desires.
A positive, "can-do" attitude is essential
Strong work ethic
Ability to meet deadlines
The ability to work in a small close-knit team environment
The position requires someone who has end-to-end payroll experience and is focused on providing good customer service.
