Based in Gippsland, Latrobe Regional Health are looking for a Payroll Officer to join our Payroll team on a full time and part time, ongoing basis.

The role of the Payroll Officer is to support the pay office team in providing accurate record management, leave management and undertaking a range of reconciliations and audits as required, including providing assistance to the team with processing of claims, audits and weekly reconciliations.

We are looking for candidates with:

• Experience in providing an efficient and accurate payroll service
• Experience in Enterprise Agreement and Policy interpretation
• Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
• Demonstrated experience in providing efficient administrative support
• A thorough understanding and respect for confidentiality requirements
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
