They are seeking an immediately available, experienced and dynamic Payroll professional to join on a 6-month contract. Reporting into the Payroll Manager, you will be managing your several entities and running end-to-end payroll for all staff within the assigned entities.
About the Role:
This 6–month contract with the possibility to extend will be suitable for an immediately available or soon to be immediately available Payroll Officer.
Duties include:
- Process end-to-end Weekly payroll for up to 1200 staff
- Maintaining employee data
- Processing on boarding & terminations
- Managing the administration, calculation, payment and reconciliation of all superannuation contributions & payroll tax
- Process time sheets (fortnightly/monthly pay runs)
- Adhere to Payroll statutory requirements
- Communicating to internal and external stakeholders
- Interpret of EBA and Modern Award
- Streamlining current payroll functions
- Arrange new starters
About you
- Minimum 3-5 years of end-to-end payroll experience
- High volume end to end payroll processing experience
- Health industry experience.
- Intermediate excel skills
- Experience with a large payroll system
- Experience with large, complex payrolls
