Our client is a well known and instantly recognisable reputable business, who are placed at the forefront of their industry. They are on the lookout for a Chris 21 System Administrator to assist the payroll team with maintaining the system and to ensure the accurate and timely maintenance of related payroll records whilst adhering to the relevant statutory legislation and company policies and procedures.
Position Description
Reporting directly to the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying and implementing operational efficiencies where relevant
- Ensuring a high level of data integrity is maintained at all times
- Reporting duties
- Identifying and resolving payroll discrepancies
- Maintaining payroll workflows
- Payroll processing support
- Identifying issues and fixing defects in the system
- Business partner with Payroll & Finance teams on Payroll best practices
- Data cleansing and maintenance
- Other duties as requested by management
- Prior experience in a System Admin role, or alternatively a system savvy senior payroll professional
- Working knowledge of Chris21 is essential
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail including prioritising and organising workload
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work well under pressure
- Confident when dealing with stakeholders both internal and external
- Able to take initiative and accountability for assigned tasks
